A home loan broker that puts their clients' interest first and foremost. My first time home buyers were in short of cash to close and Isaac, the loan broker cut all of lender fees and did not charge any fees whatsoever to help reduce the costs so the buyers could purchase their dream home and their 5 kids can enjoy a nice living space. Besides, he helped them to clear all the credit disputes to help them meet the credit requirements at no costs. On top of that, he was able to find an amazing interest rate that offered the buyer $9,100 lender credit to cover part of the closing costs. Never met any mortgage broker who works 24/7 for the clients at no charge like this. Sounds too good to be true but kindness and professionalism does exist. We appreciate you Isaac! Thank you for going through all the challenges to help our buyers obtain their dream home!
