Quite & very cleaned area. Ground's well maintained. Excellent Management. Maintenance Crew very knowledgeable & handled repairs professionally. Pet friendly. Neighbors are so welcoming. Averaged size playground. The Recreation Room & Pool area are kept neatly. I am not just saying that, because I have family living there, it's the truth.. I would like to say to Jodie & her crew, "Keep up the good work".

A good place to live, especially for the elderly. Rent the space includes some utilities. Most people own their own mobile home, although management does have some rentals. Community activities. Good city to live in and close to a highly rated Hospital Loma Linda University Medical. Not far from shopping with bus service if you don't have transportation.

We were visiting relatives in this park, took our little 7 pound toy poodle for a walk, 'the manager rode up in a cart stopped and told us visitors were not allowed to have or walk pets in the park because they couldn't be sure they were properly vaccinated! Number 1 who would have a small well groomed dog and not have them " properly vaccinated " 2. We have never before visited someone and been told we were not allowed to bring our dog 3. There are feral cats (several we've seen) and skunks wandering in this park..are they vaccinated? The "manager" a lady said she didn't make the rules just carried them out. From what I have observed in this park....I don't think so!!

Best place hubby and I rented when I went to medical school at LLU from 2006-2011. Very affordable prices, very sweet (and quiet) neighbors, and the management is very helpful and fair.

Such a neat community of honest and hard working Loma Linda citizens. They are very honest about living rates and the need to ensure that good neighbors are the neighbors to move in. The staff was so professional and so friendly. What a neat niche to settle in.

Quiet peaceful pleasant place to live. People can be severely judgemental but when passing by they say hello. But if you don't act a certain way talk behind your back. After all it is run by Seventh Day Adventist. Your alright if you look their way. Act their way. Present yourself like the rest of them. Hraven forbid a person can be a good God fearing person having their original and Independant free will look act music attitude that is different from the SDA way. Wait God gave us free will. SDA church doesn't believe in that considering how they treat others that they feel are bad seeds but actually respectable God loving good jobs smart indepant good too society people. My son and his friends get judged and the security harasses them when they do not do anything wrong. Following the rules and they are judged as bad apples. But it is a quiet place to live
