This bank is very confusing and hard to deal with. The phone greeting is a computer generated voice who tries to act like he enters data with fake key board noise it is hard to get directed to a real person. I understand this is how all companies are going but theirs seems more difficult to deal with.
The bank just needs to make customer service more simple.
