I had Great experience with Universal Roofing! They showed up, inspected my roof, gave me a straight forward breakdown and quote. We scheduled the work and they showed up on time, completed exactly what was agreed to and left the workspace clean! I definitely will use them again! 5 star recommended 👌

DeShawn and his team were excellent. They were respectful of us and our property. They went above and beyond to meet with us and the insurance adjuster to assist in getting our roof covered. We highly recommend them to fix or repair your roof.

Customer service for Universal Roofing Specialist was phenomenal, they attended to my needs promptly they provided a quote and followed through making sure I was satisfied. The technician "Deshawn Jordan" that serviced my roof was on time, courteous, and professional. They were able to provide pictures of the completed work and surpassed my expectations. I would most definitely use them again and refer them to friends and family.

I had some roof tiles that were falling off the edge of my house. I received 2 quotes to repair the roof. I am very happy we chose Universal Roofing Specialists. They were so responsive, professional, and communicative. The work was done in a timely manner and appears to be good quality. Their price was competitive as well.
I will definitely be referring them to my friends and family and I will use them for any of my future roofing needs.

I just had Universal Roofing Specialists clean and check my tile roof. The tiles that were out of line were straightened and one cracked one replaced. I will definitely have them back after monsoon season

I called URS with a roof repair issue on Jan 2. The staff who took the call was very pleasant and was able to get me on schedule Jan 4. Tile and gutter had begun to separate from the stucco. The owner showed up Jan 4, (30 mins early I might add ....who does that?) 🙂 He was extremely pleasant, introduced himself and proceeded to review the damages. Although the damage seemed to only be in the area I pointed out, he took the time to inspect the entire room to ensure there were no other potential damages lurking. Just like that the damages were repaired. I will definitely refer Shawn's company and will absolutely use them for any roofing repairs in the future.
