United homes insurance is the worst insurance to have, especially on a house, I bought a house 4 years ago and everything was great til this last cold weather we got in Arkansas, well my water pipes in my kitchen froze, when the pipes started to thou out I noticed a leak in my kitchen so I called to file a claim well they denied my claim cancelled my policy without notifying me they said they sent out a letter to me but I never received it, what they did was put it in the computer that they sent the letter to me but they never did, the cancelled my policy after they changed my policy without my knowledge, they took my money and cancelled my insurance now I'm fixing to take other measures I'm letting all the people out there in the world STAY AWAY FROM united home owners insurance and Bailey insurance in mountain home , they will take your money and won't help you fix the problem
