I'm a customer and happy is not near the emotional depth I have for the customer service recieved on my Friday afternoon visit to the Robinson Rd. Branch. I am so very expressed with the way I feel about the management team. The phone follow up was very impressive and it was greatly appreciated by me to know I'm special to the associate I am interested in. Love to get involved and have some fun

Simply the worst. Cannot emphasize how bad United Credit is. I have had two Auto loans.

First issue, they lost one of my payments for February of 2017, but had March and April.... make that make sense....

Secondly, I have a new loan of 2024. They placed forced insurance AFTER receiving confirmation of my current insurance.

I bank here and as I was putting money in the atm, the atm shut down and it didn't register the $200 I was putting into my account. I've never had this happen to me and they won't even give me a piece of paper or anything stating I deposited that money. I'm going to look for another bank

I reached out to pay an old debt off with them and they reported the collection on my credit again like a new collection and derogatory mark and docked my credit score 50 points. I guess thats what i get for trying to do the right thing to pay off what i owe them... and dont ever buy their extended warranty they sell on their car loans! Bought the warranty then it didnt cover a new engine when i needed a new engine so i was forced to default on the note to afford a new car.

I have been a UFCU member for over 2 years now and I can say I've never had a better banking experience. Eric helped me with a loan and he was fantastic throughout the whole process, he explained everything thoroughly, and was always happy to answer any questions. I will always recommend this bank to all my friends!
