Wanted to thank Belinda Baker who was my Mortgage Advisor w/UFCU on refinancing my home. She had to go through some hurdles due to lifes nuances that seem to get thrown our way plus my misunderstandings & being hard of hearing. Hopefully in the next few years she'll be their for me when the interest rates drop? And my credit score rises to refinance. Thanks again Belinda

Edit: I spoke with Jill, the branch manager at Rogers Ave branch in Fort Smith. She was very kind & explained everything to me. As well as refunding the fees as a one time courtesy due to it all being a misunderstanding.

Very disappointed. Have been banking with UFCU for a few years now & used to be very pleased. Ended up with some fees over a misunderstanding and they refuse to reverse the fees. Customer service is just not being helpful or courteous in any way.

I’ve banked with UFCU about 15 years. Wouldn’t consider anyone else, primarily because of their stellar customer service, particularly the Rogers Ave Branch ie: Sonja Knapple. I’ve never had a bad experience. They know me when I walk in and they are always friendly, efficient & personable. Sonja has helped me with so many transactions, adapting accounts to accommodate trust matters, auto loans for my son & myself and ensuring I’m getting the best return on my money. Their level of customer care is indeed rare in today’s world. Kudos.

I've been banking with them since 2020. The app is garbage and you're required to repeatedly verify info to access your money...if I've verified my identity with my SSN, provided all of the loan details, and provided the details of where I want my money sent, just send the money. Will be removing all excess funds so that I am able to access my money timely if it's ever needed.

We are so grateful for Katie Menasco our Member Service advisor! She has superb customer service and will make sure that everything is perfect during any process you may have with United Federal Credit Union! Do not handle anything online if you are able to go in and see Katie! We were extremely frustrated dealing with our online rep and so were the other partners involved. Our online rep would not return calls or emails and gave the dealerships the run around with no explanations. Katie took over and saved the day! She was able calm the dealership reps by effectively communicating with them! She went above and beyond to ensure that everyone’s needs were met!!! We are now happy clients and very thankful for her!!!

Let me share how pathetic this bank is. So it is Saturday February the 19th. Both my debit cards have been blocked so I have 0 access to any of my money. I contacted the bank for the last 2 days to have the problem resolved. Guess who still doesn't have access to my money. I spoke with a manager about the issues and like every other trash employee it's "we have e everything fixed and we apologize for the inconvenience" Now I have the entire weekend with 0 funds when there is more than enough sitting in the bank! DO NOT USE THIS BANK! IT IS THE BIGGEST SCAM OF WORTHLESS PEOPLE THAT YOU COULD EVER WORK WITH!
