Lori Longcoy the Branch Manager II did a wonderful job helping me get the correct information on my shared account for my mom that was needed for Veterans Administration. She had to spend a bit of time with me, but figured it out. Thank you Lori and your staff that assisted.

She was professional, prompt in answering emails or phone calls, looked out for out best interest, provided valuable information on the entire loan process, and made the process easy and pain free. This bank has been horrible to deal with during Hurricane Helene. They do not care about their customers at all. They only care about getting their money. SECU has been wonderful on the other hand. We will be moving all of our business to them after experiencing such distasteful and repulsive “solutions” to temporary needs.

I love this bank/credit union, this branch specifically! Everyone is so kind, hospitable and helpful! Getting accounts for us and our three children set up with so easy. The building and parking area are clean and well-maintained. Service in the drive-thru is efficient as well. I wish they had more branches in the area, specifically the Arden/Airport Road area. I am very happy to be a customer here.
