So we were moving from Arizona to Arkansas and needed some help locating a property that had a house with a bit of land. Garrett Philpot was our realtor. He was outstanding. I have worked personally on my own properties and in the lending business with many realtors. Garrett is top notch. He was very communicative through the whole process. Don’t be shy if you are buying your first house. Ask him the questions. Full of great tips and things to consider because he knows the area and really wants to understand his buyers needs and wants. Garrett is a bulldog with a soft exterior. We beat out 6 other offers because he knows his stuff. I recommend Garrett if you are buying or selling. You will only be sorry by going with another realtor or realty company for that matter. United Country is a solid brokerage and gets things done.
