Matt Rateliff and The team at United Country Realty in Bentonville went above and beyond my expectations to sell our house quickly and worked tirelessly to complete the transaction.
We placed our White River front property for sale with a local guy we knew and we were sorely disappointed. He snapped about 8 pictures with his cell phone, threw it on the MLS and forgot about it. We even had to remind him to put up a sign in the yard. In the 6 month term of that agreement, he showed our place 3 times and failed to put a deal together.
We then listed our property with Matt Rateliff of United Country Lifestyle Properties from Bentonville, Arkansas. They hired professional photographers to take pictures of our place including drone videos showing how beautiful it is and did a thorough write up of its qualities, location and the special attributes of being located on the White River. They placed signs at the entrance to the subdivision, in the front yard and even a sign visible by people on the River. They also did an outstanding job of marketing the property on multiple websites and knew how to attract serious buyers using the internet tools they have. The house was shown well over 20 times and we received an acceptable offer about 40 days after we signed the listing agreement. Matt exceeded our expectations in every way.
