I had a great experience working with David Cannon. I’m in the military and was relocating to Fort Novosel. I took a week off work to travel to Enterprise, AL, with my wife and children to view homes in person, and David made the most of that time by patiently showing us as many houses as we wanted. Besides that one trip, everything else, from the offer to the closing, was completed with us being 3 states away.

David made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He communicated with us consistently through phone calls, texts, emails, and video chats. He also went above and beyond by attending the home inspection, taking detailed photos and videos of the property, and being present for the septic system inspection.

Even after closing, David continued to check on the house weekly until we were able to arrive a month later. His dedication, professionalism, and genuine care gave us peace of mind throughout the experience. We highly recommend David Cannon, especially to military families or anyone relocating from out of state!
