United Bank is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. They don’t know my name. They have put holds on my card whenever I try to order any thing on line. And today I can’t pay for a streaming service. Terrible service. Also when I incorrectly entered my password I got a call from China. Is this bank based out of China? I loved this bank when it was Progress Bank. I am about to change banks after 20 years of banking with Progress.
