Absolutely no remorse for families that are struggling. We’ve been hit with such huge fees making the monthly total more than it usually is, and trying to pay it down, for them to threaten to cut our electric off if we don’t fully pay it off. We don’t even get offered a payment plan…

My mom expedited the power bill to turn the power back on after they shut it off (at 7 in the morning) and they are taking their sweet ssa time turning the gnikcuf power back on. They are going to kill my elderly dog in this goddamn heat, he has been panting heavily since the power was shut down, and the power still has not been turned back on as I'm typing this.

Gouging all their customers with excessive rate increases over the years with one of the highest rates in the country charging hard working families and senior citizens these outrageous prices which has a negative effect on the quality of life for all their customers.

Awful company, even worse customer service. They will price gouge you, go back on their payment plans, and their customer service will laugh in your face for getting your power turned off.

Came to replace my meter today without any notice. When I asked if I could opt out of having the new meter installed the employee said "no you can't." I called customer service and asked the same question and they said "yes you can you just have to pay a fee." so which one is it? Why do I get two different answers? Nothing but shady business practices with this company. It's sickening how they are able to take advantage of the entire community.

I am beyond frustrated with this energy company. Last year, my electric bill was around $110. This year? It’s a whopping $250! That’s more than double, and it’s outrageous. The worst part? They’re the only energy provider in Lake Havasu, so they’ve got us all trapped paying these absurd rates.

We’ve had meetings, we’ve called to complain, but nothing changes. It’s clear this company is only interested in squeezing every last penny from its customers. Greedy doesn’t even begin to describe it. This is highway robbery, plain and simple. We deserve better. Shame on this company
