I came to UBIF after the snotty kid with the Spock haircut at Parts People took my money, messed up my stuff and left me for dead, saying, "no more "free tech support" after I'd payed them over $120.

uBreakiFix cleaned up whatever mess they could and referred me to people who might be able to fix the internal and external drives the PP Spock brat managed to destroy.

SEVEN out of FIVE stars. So glad I came and the experience completely exceeded all expectations.

Here's what happened.
- My water bottle leaked in my backpack and some of it got into my very expensive Macbook M2 Air
- I thought everything was fine since it was a small leak, and the laptop still worked
- but I googled and it suggested I let the machine dry overnight to make sure no water was left
- the next morning, even though the machine could turn on, I decided to play it safe and bring it to ubreakifix

SO HAPPY I DID

- they immediately unscrewed the bottom, and inside we saw big mini-ponds of water, the size of my palm. There was also already rust forming on some of the metal parts, just after ONE DAY of water damage. At that moment, I was so happy I decided to play it safe and bring my computer in.

Payment and check out process was very smooth. Logan was super clear with everything they would do to save the laptop, and you can really tell that they just like helping people. This was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I've had in my life.

When the charging port went out on my iPhone, this was the only store where a real person actually answered the phone! They fixed it that afternoon for a fair price and less time than they originally estimated. Friendly, relaxed and competent staff… Highly recommend.

This place is amazing. Good folks with a can-do attitude had my phone fixed in two hours from when I walked in. Which was exactly how long they told me it'd take.

It's not often you get that kind of quick service anywhere. I had planned on a huge hassle with paperwork and a bunch of b.s. Nope. Just easy to deal with and right on time. I even thought I'd just rather go get a new phone because I assumed it'd be too much hassle to have the repair made. Silly me. Just go here, they are awesome!

I have been using these guys for several years now. They have always done me right, but this morning they really showed whata honest great repair shop they truly are. My son shattered his phone screen. I called ubreakifix and told them the situation, making sure they could fix it. Rep said yes, bring it on in. So I did. As the rep was inspecting it, he noticed it was just the screen protector, which I didn't even know there was one on the phone. I felt stupid but the guy just saved me $120. I really appreciate them for the honesty and not just being out for money. I'm going back in a couple of weeks to drop off a broken external drive. They get all my business!
