PRECIOUS IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! She went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. When I tell you there was no one able to get the job done. I drove from San Diego, during rush hr took me 3hrs! U & A auto closes at 6pm. Her boss approved her to stay and wait for me I arrive. I arrived at 6:26pm she took care of my title & registration. Now that’s quality service provided. I walked out happy & smiling thank you again!

I can't recommend this place strongly enough. Friendly, professional and efficient. What a pleasure it was to work with Alinna. She was courteous and kind, but also focused in getting me my new license plates, registration and title asap. She answered all the questions that I had and explained the process clearly from A to Z. The office is legit and have been in the business for over 15 years. If you get a car, no matter the history of previous owners, and you want to get it up to date with the law requirements of our state, this is the place to get it done. They'll find a way.

This place was recommended to me by someone a while back, took me a while to actually give them a try and once I did I was pretty disappointed…. Not to mention errors they didn’t catch and I just went back and forth a lot …. I pretty much helped myself so if you don’t know anything about this type of stuff it’s probably cheaper to go to the dmv. Also I waited a pretty long time. I’ve actually got helped in the dmv much quicker by using the get in line service they have … it’s quick and easy, i recommend you go to dmv …. I’m missing out a lot but I don’t want to type too much … I’ve also tried calling and for some reason they don’t answer .. they only answered a few times ? It’s frustrating considering I live in Long Beach and can’t be driving over there just to see if they have my license plate ready …anyways they have potential to be a great company but my experience wasn’t great ill most likely be going to dmv

Thank you, thank you, thank you! My husband and I were gifted a car from this gentleman and we were having soooo much trouble with the transfer/registration process. The State of California messed up on making the DMV most of their services available ONLY on line!! Now that I remember, I paid $15 to the DMV when they didn't help at all! We emailed the documents they were requesting from us. I received an email from a DMV agent stating that we had to go to the DMV to finish the process. My husband went and was told that the car was sold to us straight from a dealership so they needed some tax documents from us. We were like "what the hell are you talking about?". The DMV worker told us that the car was sold from an auction to a dealership, not the person we got the car from. That we should of get the Car Fax...we did. My husband took the car that we were gifted for an oil change the very next day we got the car. So when we got the carfax...the oil change showed up already on the carfax. From the dealer, to the auction and the oil change. Long story short, thank you Ulysses! He took care of this with no hesitation. We already received the title for the car. It's all about convenience! You don't want to deal with angry, frustrated DMV workers and customers not knowing to use online services while standing in line at the DMV! JUST GO HERE! THANK YOU AGAIN!
