I have always been taken care of by Tyndall Credit Union until they implemented a virtual assistant. I have a simple question and being caller number 32 in cue is unacceptable. You guys should do better!

My fiancé bank with Tyndall Credit union @ 6353A Cottage Hill Rd, Mobile, Al 36609 and recently someone stole what little money he had in his account. According to the teller he is just out of luck because they refused to reimburse him his stolen money. My fiancé is a 71 year old elderly Air Force Veteran. I believe it was an inside job because the tellers are so unprofessional and disrespectful they actually accused him of stealing his own money.

Wanted to update my review... by far the most worst branch here.. as soon as I find another branch to take over my business stuff and get money moved over I definitely am going too. Worst customer service and policy I have ever seen.

I have been a customer with Tyndall for over 2 decades. But recently I closed my account bc of the customer service I received. It was absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. I received a debit card a couple of months back and when the young lady handed me my card she told me it's ready for use like you can go and by lunch right now. I said OK and did just that. Well after that I started having issues with my card so I finally had a day off so that I could stop by to explain what was happening to my card. The teller that addressed me was very unprofessional to me she asked what do you need today Jackie as if I was a bother to her. I watched previous how she addressed previous customers that where in line before me and it was with respect. She addressed them all as Mr. Or Mrs. Secondly after I informed her why I was there she told me that I would have to speak to the young lady beside her. I said OK. The young lady beside her had a customer at the time so I went to have a seat. While waiting the first young lady ( which had a line of customers) went over to the lady she said that I needed to speak with telling her what to say to me. She thought she was whispering but if I heard her from my seat I'm sure the other customers did to. So then the lady called me up I stated we'll I've already heard everything she told you to tell me without talking a moment to listen to anything I had to say. The young lady that was waiting on me told me that I needed to be nice. I said we'll that wasn't nice or professional what she just did. So I really wasn't in the mood to go back and forth bc what I had to say didn't matter to either of them. I told her that I will just close my account and go to a bank that the tellers will listen to my concerns. She quickly started the process never apologized and handed me my money I asked her was she going to count it she said no that she didn't have to bc of covid. Wow this is how you treat your long time customers.

I and my husband have been members for a few years now. So I can say over a good term now the Tyndall customer services and banking systems are great. No matter if you do mobile app services (sometimes with assisted tech support) or in person they all have great positive customer attitudes. I've had a bank in the past that we used and it was like having to ask for help about ever time when going in. They would stand around and talk until you got their attention. But not with Tyndall because they are attentive to accommodating customers with many different needs. Keep doing what you do Tyndall and we are here fir the long haul.

I love my Tyndall! Everyone knows me there and greets me by name every single time I walk in, asks how my business is going, and overall makes me feel welcome and valued. I've gotten two mortgages through Tyndall and honestly would recommend Debbie Beasock to anyone for above and beyond wonderful service, not to mention the great rates and all the money saved on lending fees! I do all my banking through Tyndall for the ease of it all but also because I truly appreciate the associates at my local branch. Great service goes a long way!

Never had a problem with Tyndall Fed Credit Union and have used a few others during my life time. They are always willing take care of any banking needs that i may have from making deposits to making a loan. Their friendly staff makes it a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend them to everyone who would only want the best in the banking business.

Went here with my son to get the title to a new vehicle he purchased. I waited outside while he went in with members to pay off their loan and get the title to his new vehicle he had purchased from credit bureau members who were only wanting the payoff in exchange for sale of their Honda Odyssey van. The whole process took less than 20 minutes, I was surprised after reading reviews of TFC being slow. That was not the case for us.
