If I could give a negative star rating I would. They updated their system but failed to notify members that they’d only send one new free card per account. I have two checking accounts and have had two for years and they want to charge $15 so I can have a card for my second account now I can’t use that account to pay my bills like I was doing.They didn’t give me the option to choose which account I’d prefer the debit card for either.
Then when I call of course upset they want to transfer me and hang up on me. Now they don’t want to answer the phone. This used to be a credit union, now they act just like a bank. How are y’all gonna make decisions without consulting the members( part owners) of the credit union and then charge us extra for stuff. If a member has multiple checkings account we should not be expected to pay for a new card for each checkings account, cause y’all wanna update your system which no one asked for.

Always nice polite and they help make it possible to build credit, great loan opportunities.. I have been with them for 10 plus years and would never go back to a traditional bank. They make you feel comfortable when asking for financial advice as well. I love my FCU!

Unfriendly, not organized, and do not return calls in a timely manner, they ignore you whenever you go into do business, and the atmosphere is not somewhere I want to do business.some of the work don't speak and they don't have a genuine smile.
