Have tried to talk to a agent. A person sent me a quote after many attempts to get one from them. Tried to aske about increasing the quote. But no answer. Tried many times. Nothing Called nothing. Last resort left a message with colorful words. Nothing. Think this place is a fake company. Go Brandon.

I’ve always had great service with Twin City. I’ve been with them for close to or over 30 years now. Carol Brown has always taken very good care of me. (She one of several agents they have at Twin City). She’s very professional and a joy to talk to as well as the other team members. I think if you’re looking for a new insurance group, look no more.
