I have been using TCFCU for 3+ years. I mostly use app/website. It works good. Always been able to send a question using the app and get a response. Check deposit is easy.

I’ve always had a great experience at Tulare County Federal. Customer service is their #1 priority and it shows.

They have the best competitive loan rates! I’ve had auto loans, a solar loan, and HELOC. All with excellent customer experience. The tellers are always able and willing to help me with all my financial needs.

A very personable credit union. Always there to help its members with their financial needs - it’s like having a personal financial advisor!

The NEW Mobile Banking app they recently launched, is just icing on the cake - it’s absolutely awesome!

The only problem I have with this bank is that the ATM is always temporarily out of service and that is so frustrating for people that are in a rush to withdraw or deposit. This is the Visalia bank.
