I can't say enough great things about my lending experience with TruWest, especially thanks to Paul! From the very beginning, Paul went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. His communication was excellent, he was always available to answer my questions, and he made me feel like a priority every step of the way.
In a world where great customer service can be hard to find (almost completely obsolete) + my TERRIBLE experience at North Scottsdale Land Rover, Paul truly stands out. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for the customer made all the difference. I would strongly recommend anyone I know to work with Paul on ANY loan! Brianna and Jade at the McCormick branch were so helpful. We opened up a new account and they spent time to explain everything to us and could not have been nicer more professional and very helpful. Thumbs up to both of them.

I had accounts with them for years, and unbeknown to me they charged and closed my accounts and reported me without my knowledge and never contacted me. I found out 4 years later, and it was very disappointing. If I legitimately owed them a small sum of money, I would have paid it.

I made a request for some documentation from a deceased family member’s account for a legal
matter, and though the account had been closed for nearly two years and I do not bank here, Sarah and Lauren went above and beyond to provide this to me. It was not a simple or routine request, and required some research on their part, and I was extremely impressed with their desire to assist. Thank you both, you have provided exemplary service and deserve recognition!

Inconsistent responses. Terrible customer service. Kept losing my files for loans and having too many people asking for different things. Pushed my close date so far back my credit report expired and they needed to pull a new one that lowered my score.

I was already with another credit union but I just wanted another account. I have been really happy with TruWest. They reminded me what it feels like to be valued as a client. They are always friendly and easy to work with. Had an issue with fraud on one of the household accts. (yes now we have multiple accounts with them,) and they took care of it in a heartbeat! Love banking with TruWest.

TruWest was there for me in a personal pinch. The McCormick branch always has a professional, personable staff ready to assist you in what ever way needed. I ran into a banking situation, of my own cause, and they explained what I did incorrectly and just made it a learning lesson for me instead of fining me. I've also had problems with my TruWest cell app (due to upgrading my cell ph.) and twice they patiently corrected it through their Tech Dept. Not once have I felt devalued in my relationship with them. They also recently pointed out I am qualified for a higher account with them with a number of freebies attached. Loved that since I had been paying for my money orders. Though I have not had any errors happen on their part to me, errors happen due to human fault or tech fault. I would prefer to give the benefit of the doubt to them, at any time, due to their treatment of me. Thank you TruWest for YOUR kindness and understanding as individuals and as a Credit Union.
