I just sold my old home, a property which had been next to impossible to sell for years, because it was co-owned with my ex-spouse. Oren, Larry, and Trust Properties USA did an incredible work to list the property, coordinate with me, and endure an excruciating process of negotiating with the co-owner and buyers, caring and holding all of us involved till the end. They were professional, that is, knowledgeable, hard-working, responsive, responsible, and available. Obstacles and conflict often resulted in emotional situations leading me to feel exasperated and discouraged, only to be saved by their constantly stable and rational approach. I know that Oren and Larry experienced difficult and challenging moments, but they stuck to their work with their professionalism. And that's how the sale was accomplished. I really appreciate their work. I recommend consulting with them when you are at a loss as to how to sell your property.

I greatly appreciated the help given by Oren Kozikaro and colleagues at Trust Properties USA (Woodland Hills, CA) in the handling of the physical estate of my deceased brother. Living across the country it would have been very difficult to manage without their help. Recommended to me by the Living Trust attorney, they most definitely lived up to expectations. Trust Properties USA was recommended to me and after some research and comparisons of my own, they were the team for us. My sisters and I had to make the emotional decision to sell our childhood home and Trust Properties took care of us and our home every step of the way.
I had the privilege of working with Oren Kozikaro at Trust Properties and she kept me informed and up to date on all the progress and processes. She understood that this was a difficult and emotional process and was always available to answer any questions or concerns that I had.
I also worked with Frank Blauvelt from Full House (renovation company). Frank took on this renovation like a passion project. He added so many small touches that I just would never have imagined the house could look that good. My dad would have been proud of this home and the efforts Frank (and his team) put into it.
All of their efforts yielded a beautiful home that sold quickly and well above asking price. I am thankful for the team at Trust Properties and everything they did for us.

I was put in the position of Trustee after Grandma passed away. I contacted Trust Properties USA upon recommendation from my attorney. Only after being in contact with several real estate agents who proposed expensive out of pocket repairs to grandma’s house. I decided to put my trust in Paul and Larry of Trust Properties USA. I met with Paul at the house who immediately put me at ease. I was told that they could certainly take care of the entire clean up and repair / renovations of the house. All cost paid by Trust Properties up front. The end result was more then I could have hoped for. The home went from a dark musty cave to a beautiful bright open living space with beautiful landscaping front and back. The buyers were lining up within hours of being put on the market.
And this was All done through the 2020 pandemic safely!

Trust Properties was recommended to me by my attorney. My parents passed within 6 weeks of each other and I was left with my childhood home. I live on the other side of the country and couldn’t stay to make it through the clean up and selling process. Paul and Larry made a plan for getting the house not only cleaned out but renovated to meet today’s standards. This plan had no out of pocket cost to me (I couldn’t believe it!!). Doing all these renovations made it so I was able to get almost an extra $100k when the house was sold. The renovation plan even stayed on budget which I was just blown away by. Being on the opposite side of the country created some logistical issues that Larry sailed right through. I was able to handle 90% of the paperwork and approvals online. If I had a question he was always there to answer it. Trust Properties made what was really an emotional time easy and calming. I cannot thank or recommend them enough.
