Members have you consider that New Members or new money will earn a higher CD rate? Why does Truliant, in a way, force current members when their CD matures to seek transferring their money to another bank at a higher yield. I do understand growth of new members and new money, but at the risk of losing members that have consistently considered banking at Truliant. Members can change policy if they stand firmly as a team.

When I think of a company that is customer service driven Truliant is one that definitely comes to mind.

This company truly understands how to take care of their customer by going above and beyond and helping their customer get what they want.
