I would rather give no star at all. I was at this location today and once again they said that the system says to hold my check. The employee said that he can't show me or tell me why it says to hold my check. Same payroll check for 10 years now and a member for 25 years. These people are very unprofessional and they single members out and I know exactly why. They send a generic email apologizing to members but they're not genuine and don't care. Do better Truliant and treat all members equally. Everyone is not a criminal

Very rarely do I go to this location and now I have a very good reason not to return. I was depositing a large sum of money and teller proceeded to handwrite my balance on another printed receipt. Since when is that acceptable? As soon as I requested a printed slip he gave me one which struck as very suspicious behavior.

Don't waste your time with this bank. Truliant sucks. They gave me 3 debit cards. First time I got one of my debit cards. It would not work. Thee other cards said I dispute. A transaction and I did not. So they won't give me another debit card. So I have to go to the bank to get money out of my account. To pay my bills. If you dispute a transaction with Truliant Federal Credit Union. Be careful. Because if they say you got 3 debit cards. They will not give you another debit card. I've been with Federal Credit Union banks before. And never had this issue with them before. I will not recommend no one to Truliant Federal Credit Union. Because they no good Bank to Bank with.
