Imagine doing the right thing and letting a lender know you have hit tough times, then telling them one of the two auto loans you're going to have to let go. So, you keep the one of them current like you promised and then out of nowhere (over three months later) they repossess both cars even one is current and then calling it, "cross collateralization". Such a joke of a company! We will be contacting legal counsel on the matter. Enjoy all that negative equity. I look forward to you only getting 30% to 40% of the value and having to eat the rest when you could have done what you said and still had one being paid in full.
