I highly recommend Truliant Federal Credit Union for any of your banking needs. I have been a member for many years. I honestly can say no matter which branch you go to everyone is so helpful and nice! My husband has been a member of another credit union and just switched to Truliant! Truliant in Clemmons North Carolina is outstanding. The Hanes Mall Branch is outstanding too. Both branches shows concern in your needs. Both branches goes extra mile to make sure their customers needs are completed. They makes you feel like family. If they misses your phone call don't hesitate to leave a message. They will return your call as soon as they get the message.

Had two accounts withthe bank savings and one checking but I love how when my debit card expired waited for a new one to come through the mail. Like most companies do never receive one and then few months later got to check on the status of it. See if I can get one ordered notice. I've been getting charged inactivity fees. But was not able to access account with our my card. until they had brought my account to zero.and then went ahead and closed my account without any warning notification or anything. This is one bank I will never have and relations with again as long as I am alive.
I have had some bad experiences with other banks over the years but this is by far the worst bank I have dealt with.

Truliant FCU is the ONLY bank I have truly been proud to be a member/account holder of. I have been through First Disunion, Walkallovaya, Hell's Fargo, and Bank of Big Brother (America), but only Truliant makes you feel like they are better with you as a client. The others all feel like they are doing you a favor to be open. Great job guys.

Pulled up in the drive through to make a deposit. Unfortunately Truliant doesn’t feel like the same credit union I joined back in 2007. The drive through is covered up so you can’t see anyone, I’m sure they say it’s for safety, it’s off putting. Then I sat in the bay not sure if anyone was going to come over, thankfully someone did (it goes back to the off putting). I wish they would go back to being more people centered and less transactional feeling. Maybe because I also work with fidelity and first bank and they definitely have a customer focused feel.
