I have been a member of Truliant since 1985 all of these people are special to me. They are kind, professional and efficient and I never lack for anything. They go above and beyond in making me and my business successful. Shout out to Tran, Melissa, Lisa, the girls in Graham and Jami! Way to go TFCU!

An absolutely worthless bank and bank manager. Terrible interest rate and low intelligence employees that don’t know how to help customers or service accounts. They have no accountability for anything. I do not recommend this bank.

Best Truliant Credit Union branch we've ever used. Our "person" handled our complicated transactions quickly and efficiently. I would recommend her to anyone asking about customer service in the University Drive office and hope she is there the next time I Need to visit.

Went in to the branch to ask a question. Shelley called me over and I greeted her. I then began to ask my question. Within 10 seconds I was rudely interrupted by this "Let me stop you there cuz you're gonna finish talking and I'm not gonna remember a word cuz I got a headcold" (please read with an off-putting nasty attitude because that's how it was spoken to me). She then asked for my phone number to pull up my account. My husband gave it to her as I could not even speak I was so insulted. She then said "now what were you saying". It was then I spoke and said I'd like to withdraw my funds. If her headcold causes rude behavior, stay home and get better. Don't take it out on customers. I put this review here because your employees are a reflection of your business. Branch manager note - please review your cameras to see and hopefully hear how nasty your employee was to a customer and do better. Thank you.
