Diane grew up in Tenants Harbor and knows this area and people. Her knowledge and professionalism is unsurpassed. I had been looking at houses for years and loved each one but could not make the difficult decision to leave my hometown of fifty years. When Diane found this house she knew it was for me. The moment I stopped inside I knew I was home. It was the best decision of my life at the best possible time. I have never been happier, Tenants Harbor/St. George is an incredible caring community. My experience has been horrible. Check out YELP reviews. This woman does not understand how to conduct a business except with very risky handling of YOUR money. She hides fees in the Taxes and does not admit to it until you ask her why Taxes surpass 9%..Then she tells you about fees that are not mentioned on her web site till I caught her concealing them in taxes. Then she redid her entire check out page and now itemizes and separates HER fees from Maine Taxes. Photos of a microwave in kitchen is no long included....waiting for response on the TV in a picture. She is just plain horrid and endless catching surprises that cost me, with $6,000 of MINE is way to much to go through...I pay an extra for lawn maintenance and who knows what else, not like resort fees where you are paying for a spa or tennis court. Never use her again and in talking to friends in Rockport and Thomaston and Camden, they have heard the same. Do not trust her with a "hold" on your credit card.
