Troyer Ins/Erie has insured our cars and house for years. Recently an accident with our Toyota necessitated a claim. From the first phone call to report the wreck, through the adjuster, the towing, the damage estimate, the car rental, the total loss assessment, and the payout--everyone at Erie was helpful and prompt and made handling the crisis go smoothly. For getting us through a hectic three weeks, I am very grateful to Erie and to our agent Dana Garrett.

I have been blown away by the amount of hard work Dana and Ryan have put in to helping my business get specific (and very difficult to find), insurances I have needed. They never gave up on me and never didn't answer the phone! Anytime I have needed additional assistance and have had questions, they get back to me immediately! If anyone knows about insurance, it's Ryan at Troyer. I don't think there has ever been a question I've had about insurance he can't answer. He even went above and beyond and got me the lowest premium at the eleventh hour of a vehicle I was purchasing within minutes and all over the phone.
