I have been a customer of Troy Sayer-State Farm Insurance for over 25 years and currently have over 10 active policies with them. My experience has been very positive throughout. Troy's staff is great and always responsive. Over the years, I have had a handful of insurance claims and all were handled promptly and fairly to my satisfaction. And with the ever increasing insurance rates in the industry, they always try to help me reduce the increases by recommending coverage options and means to keep the impact to a minimum. On occasion I price check with their direct competitors and always found that Troy's services are competitive and as fair as they can be with premiums. I give a special shout out to Ellen who has been my direct representative over the last several years. She is exceptionally professional, knowledgable, and responsive to all my insurance needs and requests. And she is pleasant and a joy to work with. While I don't like paying insurance premiums any more than anyone else, I am very happy with the service I get from Troy Sayer Agency.

As the commercial says, "Like a good neighbor State Farm is there." That is how it feels working with Troy's office. Working with a good neighbor.
