Troy Anderson is by far the best insurance agent that we have had! He always made sure we were getting the best rates and was really easy to get in touch with if you have any questions. We had renters insurance through State Farm when our apartment got broken into. Troy was extremely helpful through every part of the claim process. He would call to let us know the status of our claim and to check in on us to see how we were doing and if we had any questions. We ended up moving out of state so we had to get a new agent. About 4 months after we moved and had a new agent Troy called me after hours one night to let me know about a problem he found with my policy even though he wasn't my agent any longer. Troy is a great agent that cares about his customers! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an insurance agent!

I've been a client of this State Farm office for nearly 20 years with all of my auto and homeowners insurance needs. Troy and his staff have always provided wonderful service and they work diligently to provide insurance rates that are competitively priced. Today was another example of great service - I called to add a vehicle to my policy and worked with Clarissa to handle this over the phone. She was knowledgeable and efficient and completed the entire process in about 10 minutes - excellent service! I highly recommend Troy and his team.

Someone recently broke into my car, and stole my stereo. Troy and his staff were on it immediately. They worked with me on getting the radio replaced, and all of the pieces that needed to be replaced, done with factory parts. Not to mention, that every time I'm in the office, I'm always greeted happily, and taken care of quickly. You won't find a better agent, or staff, to do business with.
