My experience with Trish Nash Reality has been phenomenal. Natasha was able to find a great tenant for an investment home in the Lake Las Vegas area. They found a qualified tenant within 30 days of posting the property with real estate agents in the Las Vegas area. We live out of Nevada so communication is very important. They kept us well informed about every step of the process from prepping and cleaning the house to finding the tenant, facilitating the deposits and signing of the lease. The proximity to the office allowed them to give access to craftsmen when needed. Trish Nash Property Management gets the highest recommendation from us.

Bizarre that in 2024 this firm has no concept of online forms or processes. I invite you to READ THEIR YELP REVIEWS to see just what kind of low-ethics, non-standard, and legally-questionable tactics this firm uses. While I wouldn't ever outright accuse them of it, based on my personal experience I feel they may also exercise discrimination based on a client's nationality and/or sexual orientation.

The office is both far and poorly located, in a new development literally built atop a former toxic waste site and near a trailer park. You would think a brokerage might have a stronger grasp on the importance of location.

They lean heavily on pressure tactics to manipulate both their clientele and other brokers.

Extremely opaque in their bidding and offer processes.

Staff are slow to answer phone/email, to the detriment of potential won bids.

Would not recommend, ever. A shining example of why real estate professionals are given a bad name and poorly regarded.

Super friendly and very very knowledgeable about the process and doesn’t hide anything from you she makes sure your aware of everything. She has an amazing team behind her who’s there to always assist when you need them Chelsea did great setting up inspections for us and making sure we stayed on tasks and they made sure we hit every deadline and nothing got in the way of losing our dream house ! In 2015 we moved from Canada to Henderson, NV and used Michael Hiltz (Trish Nash Team) as our buying agent...fast forward to 2018 and we were selling this time so naturally since our first experience was extremely professional and easy we used Trish Nash as our selling agent. Our experience with Trish and her highly experienced team gave us the ability to not have to worry about all the bits and pieces of selling a house. They met our expectations 100% at every twist and turn of the deal, not to mention a super fast sale in the first place. Also, prior to going on the market we needed some work done and Trish and Michael were great at helping us to find reliable contractors to quickly get our work completed.
