They always gave me different totals every month and were very sketchy on the reasons. The last month I had my insurance here they told my bf to pay an amount that was not correct, resulting in my insurance being lapsed without me knowing. Not even a call and my mail didn't even arrive until 2 weeks after. I had to pay fines.
