I have done business with Treasured Estates for over a decade. It has always been an excellent experience. The items I have purchased were the top of the line and the customer service has been very professional and enjoyable. They have sold pieces for me as well and the prices were very appropriate. Choosing Treasured Estates was the easiest decision we ever made as a family! Excellent experience from the beginning to the very end! The first meeting gave my family the direction we needed! They assisted us in what to keep, which was no easy task, given there were five of us- and then donated to the charity we all selected! They appraised and sold the items we chose not to keep. I have had the good fortune to have been directed to Shannon and Kira at Treasured Estates after the passing of a relative in Buellton. I live several hours from that area and I relied on their expertise and manpower to evaluate and move furniture and personal items of our loved one in order to prepare the house for sale. Beware! 1 Star is 1 too many! This is a bad business that writes bad contracts and steals your possessions with no legal authority to do so. They will undersell the worth of your items and give your things away! They have a smaller business called Casa Estates, and both have deceitful bad employees that lie. So not use this business, it is a nightmare, you’d do better donating your items than ever using this this business.
