We had an issue with discounts and adding cars. We were constantly in communication with his office for 2 months, and nothing was resolved. They kept saying they were working on it. We finally contacted corporate, and nothing had been done. Highly do not recommend. We switched companies.

The folks here treat you like your their best friend. They saved us tons in vehicle insurance and home owners insurance too. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jairus who definitely cares to make sure everything is correct and that you are completely happy with their service. He went out of his way to make sure we had all the paperwork needed to register our vehicles and equipment. He went as far as to give us a call after a bit to make sure we were doing OK with everything. We are very glad we decided to go with them. We are not personally friends with anyone at this company nor were we compensated in any way for this review.

Travis and his Associates are always there when I need them. I like them so much that when I moved several counties away from the area, I kept Thomas Kivett's State Farm office as my insurer. They're just that good!

They are absolutely the best. I was buying a house and had no clue where to start. Then I needed to switch my auto over and also had no clue. Shelly and Travis Kivett went step by step through everything with extreme ease on switching companies! There was never lapse in coverage and she saved me money across the board all while getting more coverage. Also, very easy explanations on the coverage so I knew what I was getting. They also do more than just home and auto like I thought. They do life and can even give loans to buy the house or car !!! Forever a fan🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Great service and saved a good bit of money while adding coverage. Montel is our agent great guy gave me tons of info and of course saved me money. Thanka to him i have better coverage on both our cars and renters and still Paying less than our previous policy that had no renters.
