I Highly recommend TransActBrokers. Karl and Becky Hittinger are a wonderful team and both know the real estate market in and out. Highly intelligent people with exceptional negotiation skills, they guarantee you the best possible outcome of every transaction. They are willing to go the extra mile to provide amazing service. Unlike many agents they are dedicated to the profession and are not in it for the quick transaction rather they strive to develop long lasting relationships and you are assured they will represent you to their fullest potential with only your benefit in mind. They have the rare quality of striving to stay on top of changing trends and regulations and devote a large amount of time in educating themselves.

I have done MANY real estate transactions with them and I can tell you I have not been disappointed in the results of any of them. I know a lot of reviews are bogus, but I can assure you this post is real. whether you are looking for the family home or a real estate investment I can't put into words thoroughly how much I recommend this company. You are in the best of hands.

It's a pleasure to work with Karl and Rebecca of TransAct Brokers. They each offer different strengths and will definitely go the extra mile to make sure the property is right for you. I've worked with other brokers in the past and none of them were as thorough, professional and helpful as Karl and Rebecca. I highly recommend them.

I was in the market for my first home and I got in touch with Karl Hittinger for help and it was the best possible decision I could have made.

He was very professional and knowledgeable about the process. Being a first time buyer I was ignorant about the process and had many questions he never had an issue answering. He scheduled to show us several properties taking into account our wants and our budget until we found one that was perfect for us.

He has a great eye to quickly find the good and the bad in each property, pointing out to me several things I had not noticed and probably wouldn't have otherwise. He could quickly see the potential in a property and explain it to me and my wife.

He negotiated with the seller and got us a great deal and had recommendations all along the process going to extra mile to save us potential headaches or extra leg work, such as finding us and older survey we could use instead of having to pay for a new one and talking to the title company to see if they would accept it.

Even after months since the purchase if I reach out to him for any doubt I may have he is quick to get back to me to clear my doubts.

If the time comes for another property, I would definitely be reaching out again.

Karl Hittinger by far one of the worse Real Estate Brokers in Central Florida. I have never dealt with such a unprofessional real estate agency as Transact Brokers. The will lie into your face just to get your money. Do yourself a favor and stay very far away from Mister Karl Hittinger and his bogus real estate company and save yourself thousands of dollars by doing so !!!!! American Greed at its finest !!!!
