Been locked out of app for 2 days. Countless ID scans, face videos and emails... They just don't respond. Cannot access my funds which is super frustrating when you want to sell shares that have gone up but can't!

I can't access my Account since 3 days. I have many open positions and orders. This is the worst nightmare for any investor. I can't manage my Stop Losses or close positions.
Customer support is total failure and I have no idea what to do or what is the problem.
I did the verification process in the browser and in the app again and again before posting this review and I also reached out to the support countless time. Still not able to login. You also should inform you clients about this process and not block the account without notice.

From my experience not sure this is somewhere I trust investing my money.

Non existent customer service. When you go to chat someone about your problem they say someone will be with you shortly. What they mean is 18 hours!! Be honest when people are waiting on response times and say 24-48 hours and not shortly.

When they do respond it doesn’t resolve the problem.

Document verification takes forever so if you are looking to take advantage of the free share offer then be careful as it may have expired by the time your documents are verified. So this could be a way they get round having to give out too many free shares!!

I found them to be responsive and my needs were met without issue. Easy to get used to the app and the ability to manage different accounts including transferring easily between Cash and Stocks & Shares ISA accounts. Transferring in a Cash ISA was extremely easy. I'm waiting to transfer holdings from a S&S ISA until the 'in specie' transfer is available at the end of Sep '24.

The worst firm I have ever dealt with. We moved house recently and quite naturally had to inform trading212 of our new address. We have sent copies repeatedly of bank statements showing our new address. They never satisfy the conditions. At one stage we submitted a credit card statement dated 9 August to be told it was out of date
We have now registered a complaint which remains unanswered. We are unable to close our account as there is money in it which we have no access to. We keep getting messages from different countries who claim to be trying to resolve the situation.
We are now in the process of contacting the fca and will then refer the matter to the financial ombudsman

It’s been over a week, and both my partner and I are still waiting for our funds to be released. Despite their claim that the money would be returned within 3 business days, no action has been taken. Customer service has been unhelpful, repeatedly sending generic responses without addressing the issue. This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. Avoid at all costs !

This company has pretty much zero customer service.
They are under-staffed and take a very long time to respond. You can't call them so it's email only, then they will only send 1 'template' response and not follow up to any further correspondents on that subject. You get one human answer that the bot will give anyway and that's it. It could even be no humans and just bots posing as humans as the responses are that cookie cutter and never offer any help. Seems like a human responds to some of these reviews though, much better than if you were to email them.

One good thing I got from my experience with Trading 212 is that it prompted me to find a much better platform to trade on. I highly recommend 'IG' to trade, they have great customer service and you can even call them on a UK phone number!

Nobody is getting back to me and they have £20,000 floating around in their system! I opened a cash ISA on behalf of my husband on Tuesday and the funds came out of our joint account. My husband received an email saying they can't add the funds to his cash ISA because it has come from a third party. So we replied with proof of our joint account and they still haven't replied and landed the funds in my husband's ISA. Abysmal service! I have now sent three contact replies and two emails and absolutely nothing!! I've just contacted the FCA and have been advised on what I need to do. What an absolute joke!
