My husband and I had the worst experience with this firm. They also represented the seller which looking back was a horrible idea. Every week they told us something new about the house including that they knew the roof needed repair despite the seller signing off -he had knowledge of the roof needing repairs (they had an estimate 3 days prior to the house being re-listed for the 2nd time). Bethel kept saying she paid for the inspection- but in order to do anything you need the owners permission.

The backyard was split to the ex-wife which we were not told until week 3. The list goes on. Every time we spoke to our real estate agent she would be like “Well the seller.” We had no one to protect us. The final straw was when the seller refused a final inspection after a snow storm or pay him 5,000 dollars to extend the sale. Our real estate agent didn’t even fight for us. We terminated the contract and we will be the 3rd sale falling through- it makes the entire firm look bad. The main agent Bethel is incredibly inappropriate and continued to make unprofessional comments to us.
Do not use this firm if at all possible. We reported them to the Arkansas State Board due tot their actions and how time and time they protected the seller- but the house has been on the market for over 300 days (so they aren’t really doing a great job for him either) and should have coached him to allow a second inspection after a major ice storm.

Well I know many of these agents for trademark I have never been in the building before until we were allowed to use the downstairs space as a conference room.. it was extremely nice very well decorated very well kept and a pleasure to use.. we appreciate trade work allowing the short-term renters association to meet here it was very generous and gracious of them
