We have had a plumbing problem since day one. They have never repaired the root cause after coming out more than 8 times and trying to fix things with band aids.

We now have sewage backing up into our tub and shower. My wife has serious health issues yet they just ignore our calls.

Irresponsible and derelict based on any reasonable view.

We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Trade Mark Homes. From the very beginning, Payton Sims took my call and spent hours on the phone with me over the span of several weeks answering questions as we got our land ready for construction.

We then had an initial design meeting with their team. They took our ideas, plans, and wants to determine the best overall house plan and options for our budget. Emery was amazing to work with. She also fielded tons of our calls and emails back and forth plus more than one in-person meeting making selections. She did a wonderful job at keeping us on budget while also making sure we were happy and got what we wanted.

Then they quickly got us our bid back after doing the leg work to get us an accurate number. Shortly after we broke ground, Payton personally listed and sold our previous home through their First Star Realty wing.

Then our focus shifted to the actual build and Denny Jones became our primary contact as our project manager. Denny is a rockstar. He kept us in the loop on everything, fixed any errors/issues very quickly, and was extremely flexible on changes we made during the build. He communicated constantly and got things done in a very timely manner without sacrificing quality, and if they weren’t timely he was open as to why and what the plan of action was. We never felt shut out or blown off at all. He picked up the phone 99% of the time and if he didn’t, he called you back very quickly.

Once the house was complete, Karen called and walked us through the final steps as far as warranty, etc and was extremely polite and helpful. No one is perfect and no house is perfect, but we cannot say enough good things about the entire team at Trade Mark and First Star. We would whole-heartedly recommend them, especially in this age of shoddy builders throwing houses up as fast as they can and as cheap as they can.

Overall, very average quality for an above average price. They seem to be more interested in building more homes, and not about their quality of work or integrity.

Unprofessional, unreliable, untrustworthy. Just a few of the many words I would use to describe Trademark Homes. We’ve had nothing but issues since day 1 and still continue to have them 2 years down the road. We’re still fighting them to take care of warranty requests we filed during our warranty period (over a year ago) and have done everything but involve a lawyer (which we’re getting ready to do). They talk a big talk, but when it comes down to doing the things they say they will, it never happens. We’ve had 3 close friends but Trademark homes and they’ve all had the same issues. Attached is a picture of the mold that we and MANY of our neighbors had in the closets and bedrooms during the winter. Every neighbor we’ve talked to has had just as bad a Trademark experience. Run, don’t walk.

Trademark is a quality company. The owners set down with us in the very beginning, went over all the pros/cons of our new home and turned over a quality new home to us. They discussed the process in depth and never lead us astray. Then they introduced us to our Superintendent, Ben he worked with us all the way through building, paying close attention to my detailed asks :), and he continues to follow up with us to ensure our satisfaction. He was very flexible with us when we asked for changes (for a extra cost of course) and met our expectations every time. Then we met Karen, a deep bench of knowledge, hence she gave us little tid bits as to how to maintain longivity of our beautiful new home. So with all this hands on pampering though out the project how could we not give them 5 star rating. We would highly recommend Trademark Homes to anyone in Northwest Arkansas.

Builder stated they would fill in after septic tank after it settled. Every time it rains, septic alarm goes off because system is below grade. Builder stated they wouldn’t fix it once it settled. Stay clear of Trademark Homes. Unprofessional, unresponsive, and untrustworthy.

The longer I live in this house, the more I find wrong or cheaply done.
No sewer clean out and they can't even find where it should be. They are no help, keep passing the buck to someone else and it's not my job.
Will not buy another of their homes.
