Tracy Josey is the Queen of real estate. She was so dedicated in ensuring we got the best possible home for our money. She is very knowledgeable about all things related to real estate. We sent her our criteria and she sent us listings daily. Almost every home she sent us we loved. It was difficult for us to settle on one. She was knowledgeable about the taxes, insurance, schools etc for the areas we looked in. Her resources reach far and wide for every possible service we needed. And the vendors she use also offer A1 customer service. She has access to lenders for every possible financial situation. We got so many perks from Tracy and her vendors. This is our 3rd home purchase and this one has been the best experience by far. Tracy taught us so much about the process. She makes you feel like she's with us 100% of the way. This has been the best customer service experience I've had in any arena in a long time. I'm sending everybody to Tracy Josey so don't wait to call her. You're the best Tracy. We love you!
