Best real estate broker out there in the mountains of North Carolina!

I hired Traci to be my buyer’s agent in connection with purchasing an investment property in Blowing Rock, NC. I reached out to her one night at 10:45 pm and to my surprise, she responded immediately! Since then, she has helped me find the perfect property for my investment needs. Excellent Experience. Traci knows the Boone/Blowing Rock market well and clearly has a good relationship with the other players. Provided Invaluable Help and Expertise in a Competitive Market! In the current competitive Blowing Rock market ( low inventory/strong demand ), Traci Artus proved instrumental in helping us purchase our new home. Traci is SMART. Quick to respond. Driven. Hard working. Experienced in buying and selling. And…..refreshingly straightforward.

She possesses an astounding knowledge of home construction from roofing material, foundations, grading for water runoff, etc. For our 2nd showing,

Traci was an absolute pleasure! She is a concierge realtor from start to finish. We called her out of the blue just to get some information about the area . We live in Georgia and we were looking for a 2nd home. We only had a couple of weekend to go look. She preview most of the homes for us knowing what we were looking for so time was not wasted. Her knowledge, professionalism and all her contacts makes her a stand out as a realtor and in the end we purchased a house that was not listed but she knew everyone involved and made it happen. Knowing we could not be there for home inspections , walkthroughs and installation of services she scheduled and attended every one and stood in on our behalf. She kept us informed daily. She is an absolute delight and I’m so happy to have a new friend in Boone.

Over and Above. My wife and I have bought and sold 7 houses over the 37 years we have been married. We have dealt with a lot of really good real estate agents, but none come close to Traci. Traci doesn’t just try to sell you a house. She helps find the perfect home for you. If there is anything that might not work for you, Traci would point it out and work to find a better fit.

Once we finally found the right house, Traci met with all the inspectors and even crawled under the house to make sure the inspector looked at everything. I gave Traci 5 stars, but there should be a special rating for agents like Traci. Although, there probably aren’t many that go so far above and beyond the call of duty like Traci.
