This place sometimes is busy but the line goes down pretty quick on Fridays they have chocolate chip cookies. The ATM is usually empty and the parking lot is a good size.

I was told by Cecilia that they'd accept a temporary form of identification before making a trip to the DMV to get one since my current DL had recently expired, I was told by another representative my actual ID was required. After having experienced a somewhat pleasant experience it went totally downhill. I had no choice but to tear up my application and take my 70k+ deposit elsewhere.

Noe Alvarez, the teller at this bank is amazing. I started a new account just 2 months ago. I come from a town in the midwest were you just bank at credit unions because they have such a hometown personable feel to them. And, Noe encapsulates the whole hometown personable feel for Torrance Community Credit Union. He made my banking experience just wonderful and he made me feel welcomed. Everytime I've gone here the lines are not long. The tellers are knowledgeable and the bank is very clean and their parking lot there is always parking. Thank you, TCCU for making me feel at home.

If you have a small business, it's not easy to find a credit union with great service and low fees that *also offers business accounts.

From the time I first spoke with the staff on the phone, I've received consistently patient and helpful service. That's a huge difference compared to my experiences with the big retail banks. The process of setting up both my business and personal sights was smooth and fast. All their staff members have been welcoming and helpful.

Their banking app also works consistently well and quickly on my phone. It's been updated to accept my fingerprint to securely unlock, which is another time saver. I haven't been with any other bank that has given me as much value as TCCU.

Not open on the weekends and low max daily limit withdrawal without at least a couple days notice. It's like the Baily bank in It's a Wonderful Life. Bush League.
