Cheapest easiest 5 minute estimates on different policies depending on your preferences. Always cheap and easy fast can be done over phone in minutes (I have gotten insurance policy on a lunch break that easy) I have both a commercial and personal policy and paying less than 400 a month. The lack of a stars is due to the customer service the not the quote department but the ladies I assume in the office are very aggressive and unfriendly.

I have been a policy holder for so long with them . I had the worst experience today. I spoke to them several time. they put me on hold for 20 mins. Then disconnected yhe phone. I have paid the fee also. One of the lady who spoke to me she was soo rude. If you are not happy with the job please leave and give someone else a chance . She should learn if someone one nice to her. She should be nice. Leave your problems at home . Don't bring it to the work place. Finaly i wanna say phone operater was so nice. Keep it up. Thank you.

They are asked to attend and if you ask for someone and the person you asked does not answer, they tell you that the system does not let them in, especially the one who pretends to be the manager.Bad service, they should change the staff who know how to treat other customers

I'm very unhappy with their service. Just got my policy there, trying to save money and help the little business...obvioulsy not a smart move. First of all, there are about seven ladies there. Not one is courteous and not one offers the basic customer service of a business. Marina Manriquez "supervisor" of the place assisted me and what can I say about this woman? She should be working somewhere else where interacting with peoples is not a job, maybe the zoo. I say this because as I tried to fix an issue that she created when I requested an SR-22 on 06/13/14, today, she didn't bother to answer a simple "how are you doing" question, but tried to justify a mistake. To be specific: I needed an SR-22 at the time of my policy and when I signed the paperwork , which she assured it included an SR-22, she failed to provided me a copy of it. First she said "the SR22 is free, however, the insurance charges for it...I'm like. ah ok. So I paid for it along with a six months insurance plan. I went to the DMV today to submit my paperwork and what was missing? the fn. paper this woman said I had to pay for. I called their number and they assured my all I needed to do was to pick it up. I go there and I had to again deal with this woman, who seemed very annoyed by this. This woman doesn't bother saying hi and doesn't care for her clients. I honestly believe she doesn't want to care and probably hates her job. I had to be upset and demanded a reason for her failing to explain why my SR22 was not issued. She simply said that this is sent electronically to me later...Then she mentions that they submit the paper to the DMV themselves. I have never heard of such a thing, unless their broker insurance company, Top Value is like smog check station that sends the results directly to the DMV in CA.

I should've known what kind of business Marina supervices the first day I went in there, when I saw an old latino man going behind their counter collecting money to go pick up breakfast at Jack in the Box. This is true and I recall this woman ordered this man to get her breakfast. I mean, I really don't care what these people do to get a breakfast in the morning, but I sure would like them to focus on what the hell they do when they have customer with them. I know that their business is for Latinos mostly, so I have to write something in Spanish:
NO GASTE SU DINERO CON ESTA GENTE QUE NO MUESTRA CUALIDAD DE SERVICIO AL CLIENTE Y MENOS INTEREZ POR MANTENER UNA RELACION LIMPIA DE NEGOCIO. NOSE COMO SERAN LAS OTRAS MUCHACHAS PERO LA SUPERVISORA MARINA MANRIQUEZ NO TIENE CLASE NI CORDURA PARA TRATAR A LAS PERSONAS. ES UNA MUJER DE POCA PERSONALIDAD Y GRAN REPUGNANTE ACTITUD LA CUAL EMPEñA CON FACILIDAD CON QUIEN TIENE AL FRENTE. Honestamente, espero que un dia ella aprenda de los reclamos de sus clientes para cambiar su forma.

They used to be good. Not anymore in my last 4 visits, rude ladies , no parking ,l m done for this place. Today there are only two ladies and they have ever 10 customers waiting, finally they call my name after 71 minutes. Done.

Honestly the service isn't bad it just took forever to get help i counted 9 desks yet in my entire time of waiting for help over a hour so no one claims they where on break only 2 employees where here and as hectic and I'm sure annoying it got with people trying to cut and the ever popular "oh I just need" they handled it well again I think the lack of employees is the problem not the staff they barely have
