Kaitlyn listed our home to be sold. We were first time sellers and she prepared us well for every stage along the way. The entire team that we worked with were wonderful. Kaitlyn is all all-star. We got a great offer on our home in a week. There were a few hiccups on the buyer’s side and Kaitlyn kept us informed every step of the way and was always available to answer our sometimes silly questions and was accommodating to us when we needed.
