I switched to Allstate in Mount Airy with Tonda Phillips last year and they gave me very reasonable rates for my auto and home. They were very friendly and made the switch in no time!

Although they have I believed closed their N Wilkesboro office, Tonda is always available by phone quickly from her Mt. Airy office. Allstate has provided me and family with good insurance and competitive prices for years now. I highly recommend them.

Not sure I have had a worse agent in 40 years. Allstate with whom I have done business with for over 30 years has lost my families business for good, due to Tonda Phillips and her poorly run agency. Little to know assistance with claim questions, no real attempt for problem resolution. Allstate has gone downhill and this lady just cost them 10s of thousands of dollars in my lifetime. And I will train my kids to never use them either. Avoid Allstate and National Insurance at all cost!

I want to give more than 5 stars to them. Tonda and her associates are awesome hardworking and smart people. They have reduced my insurance cost upto 50% compare to previous carrier. They try all the best possible ways to reduce your insurance premium.
You guys rock !! keep it up...

0 stars they charged me and my mother twice in 2 months!! Also charged a 20$ fee(both accounts) when the second one didnt go thru even tho they had the first payment and this office said there nothing they can do!! Also our banks charged $35 fee (each) when they were returned!! Contacting a lawyer to get my money and my mothers back and it will cost them more in court!! You just dont do that!! Also will be contacting home office letting them know this office is useless and might as well not be opened bc they are double charging and "cant do anything about it. It will have to be paid or insurance is cancelled! 10 other family members are switching from this company also bc they dont want this office to do that to them!!

Will change the price out of nowhere! When I asked about the price change they came up with an excuse! I told them I have all the emails that were sent and what the price was suppose to be. After that I did not hear a word back..

Poor...bad experience lack of communication and was paying twice for 7 months for 1 vehicle..i ask for my money back in full for the extra that i pay and was told that was impossible that all they could do just to reduce it each month... i think since they did that mistake and with now days not a lot of work due to covid they should have let me choose wich way best workout for me for there mistake...but ofcourse they do it whichever is best benefit for there business... also i was never told from day 1 when i chose to open my own account separately from my parents i was never told that legally all vehicles under my name had to be under my account eventhough the vehicle is my dad's... oh and the manager Mrs. TONDA PHILLIPS... said well legally that is what needs to be done or is consider fraudulent...I argue with her that i was never told that how come and they on there own decided to add that vehicle under my account wihout consulting me of the changes ..therefore i would have understood but i was so upset because she kept repeating that legally is tbe right wsy .. but was it legally to the customer to add a vehicle without an agreement?
Do not recommend them at all ...😕

My parents and I have been with Allstate through Tonda's agency for 5 almost 6 years now. We normally deal with Vanessa Ocampo and she does a fantastic job that answering all of our questions and making sure that we do feel in "Good Hands". Before Allstate my family and I were insured with Farm Bureau, we had several bad experiences and felt as our questions were never fully answered. Everyone at this agency does an AMAZING job at what they do! My family and I could not be any happier! Definitely one of the best agencies in Surry County!
