I got the much needed help that I have been searching for in a representative from my new State Farm agency here by Multiple Line Representative Jeremy Wright. He is very knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and patient in explaining any answers he gives. He won't pretend to know something he doesn't and if he doesn't know, he very quickly finds the answer and communicates it to you. He is a definite asset to State Farm and I HIGHLY recommend him!!

So back in February I was admitted into the hospital with pneumonia and had to stay a week, I received a call from this State Farm agency asking how I was doing and wishing me well, followed by a card with the entire office writing me well wishes and get better soon! The ENTIRE OFFICE took time outta their day to write on a card! That to me is pretty amazing!!! Well today I get a call wishing me an early HAPPY BIRTHDAY (my birthday is on May 9th). My husband Skylar Daugherty is the main person on our account with State Farm. However they make time outta their busy schedules to make me feel just as important! I don’t know about anyone else but I have never had a insurance agency make me a priority! They always answer our calls and make it a priority to call back ASAP.
