We interviewed Todd and other agents when we were considering selling our house but had not yet decided to put it on the market. Todd spent an hour with us discussing our situation and came across as savvy, knowledgeable, well-resourced, confident, realistic and patient. He kept in touch occasionally in the succeeding months and, when we decided to go forward, worked with us to develop a sales plan, immediately producing a contractor who began work on the property. When a buyer expressed interest, Todd helped facilitate the loan. The sale itself went through without a hitch, largely because of Todd's support team ("The Todd Squad"), which expertly coordinated the various players, made sure all the paperwork was completed accurately, and kept things on schedule.
