We enlisted TLC to facilitate the sale of our home (late summer 2024), as we had a previous positive experience with Walt. We were introduced to Steve Sandifer, who was our primary realtor for this sale. While selling a house is never fun, Steve made the experience as painless as possible. A total and committed professional, he guided us through the process from prepping our house to closing. Steve listened to our wishes for selling our home, both the desired timing and pricing. He made it clear that he was there to provide guidance only, and never pressured us into making any decision. He kept us focused on the goal of selling our house in a timely manner, for a reasonable price, often “talking us down” when our emotions took over.
Steve went above and beyond what one would expect from a realtor, providing extra touches every step of the way – from listing, to open houses and showings, and wrapping things up.
His communication with us through the entire process was impeccable – he kept us in the loop, and even touched base when there was no activity (perhaps knowing we were worrying).
Though Steve was our primary contact and realtor, as part of the TLC team he had others (both April and Walt) who were able to step-in when he was not immediately available. When we had an offer come in while Steve was out of town, there was no interruption in service. We were reassured and had all of our questions answered right away.
We truly feel Steve was instrumental in getting us through to our closing (post-offer), as there were some "speed bumps" from the buyer through the process. We would, and will, recommend Steve and the TLC team to anyone we know who is looking to sell, or buy, a home!
