Proceed with caution. Jimmy Poag in my personal experience is akin to a used car salesman. He is an absolute liar and has consistently not followed through with what he said he was going to do. His quickbooks management is an absolute joke. The only thing jimmy poag did consistently, besides ignore me, was send my business a monthly invoice. Latonya is the only good thing about numbers etc she is amazing but she is not in control.

Just an update to the review of Numbers Etc.
The short story - after replying to the Google review Numbers Etc has done nothing to solve the problem even after agreeing to a loose timeline and numerous contact attempts.

After the review from a year ago posted to Google, Numbers Etc reached out to me publicly saying they would "gladly work something out" on Feb17 2021. I emailed him, per his public request, and he agreed that Numbers Etc should file a claim against their business insurance to help solve the problems they caused but that we wait until after tax season of 2021 before filing. I agreed to wait until after April 15 but now we are approaching tax season of 2022 and still nothing has happened. It has been over a year and they will not respond to contact attempts and they have still taken no action.

"Numbers Etc filed my personal taxes for a few years and their filing methods are now costing me thousands with the IRS. They neglected to file parts of my taxes for numerous years, even though all paperwork and information was provided, now Numbers Etc is to refusing to take any responsibility for their actions. I am have been trying to communicate with the company about this issue since Dec of 2020 to only have my emails and communication attempts ignored."
