We love Roger and the service guys. But Jeff has not been very pleasant to work with lately. My husband has been thinking about getting a new truck and was talking to Jeff about his concerns and what he’s looking for. Jeff just completely steam rolls over us. He starts bing up politics and he’s not to kind to the sales lady. I’ve been in there for a few times for oil changes and you can hear the way he talks to stuff In front of people. Needless to say we ended up getting a truck form a different dealer. Now service on the other hand we love. We have always had positive experiences with the guys and Rodger the owner! 10/10 for service -100 for Jeff the sales manager. He’s just a greedy sales man.

If I could give negative stars for this backwater joke of a dealership I would. I bought a BRAND NEW 2021 Lincoln Nautilus in early 2022 and it’s been a struggle to access any level of service I was assured I would be receiving after purchasing a luxury SUV from what I thought to be a reputable Weeks Family Ford dealership. Shame on you, Roger, for taking advantage of the local folks and especially me, a single parent that relies on transportation.

Today I came in to ask a question about my car. I was talking to my sales lady Crystal was trying to help me. When JEFF SPINK stepped in and starting talking to both me and her like we were dumb. I was trying to explain the issue to him and he just kept talking over me and saying that is operator error. He was extremely rude and unpleasant to work with. I do not recommend working with him. Crystal on the other had was extremely embarrassed by his rude behavior and how he treated me and her. He made even getting this car difficult for me as well. I do not recommend!

I had such a good experience with all the crew here at Tillamook Motor Company! The service team was awesome did the job and did it right! The staff in the waiting room where welcoming and nice! even talked with a sales consultant and manger got some grate information on some new cars. I will definitely be working with them in them in the future!
