So I'm in town for work, had just finished a delicious lunch and felt like a succulent ice cream for dessert. Walked by Tiff's and decided to look inside. On display were delicious looking cookies and brownies and on the menu, just what I was looking for - ice cream with chunks of cookies and brownies. So I order it, already salivating with excitement, believing I'm about to receive a proper scoop or two of vanilla ice cream loaded with visible pieces of cookies and brownies that would be put together on the spot by the person behind the counter. To my surprise, I am presented with this industrial looking package put together by a machine and sporting high fructose corn syrup in the ingredients. Yes, this poor excuse for ice cream was, as expected, absolutely awful.

This 1-star review is only reflective of my last visit and not Tiff’s as a whole. I’ve been to multiple locations, including this one, and I’ve been 100% satisfied but this last order was a complete waste of money. I had my dad pick up the order and these were the PB cookies I received. They were flat, overcooked and lacked the Tiff’s taste I’ve come to love. I threw them away.

Ordered cookies and brownies tray for a baby shower and the tray was delivered right on time. Ordering process online was very simple and the website allowed for next day orders which was a plus. The cookies arrived warm and were very tasty. A bit pricey but you get the quality that you pay for.

Good cookies, good service, quick too. I tried the tiramisu ones as it was their monthly special and it was pretty good. The chocolate chip is a classic.
